After the ceiling in our family room started leaking excessive amounts of water onto our new carpet, we called four different plumbing companies in a panic. No one was willing to come for 6 or more days—one even told us three weeks. A friend recommended Butts Plumbing, and we have had an amazing experience with them! Less than 24 hours after our call, Sam arrived right on time, and within an hour, was able to diagnose a hole in the water line to a bathroom sink and successfully repaired it. He was professional and kind, explaining the issue and showing us the damage. Being new to the area and having the work done on a Saturday, we expected a $500+ charge. We were shocked by how reasonable the work was at only $175! 5/5 ⭐️ We will be Butts Plumbing customers from now on!!!
