Fantastic First Time Using Butts
Have previously used other plumbers and had some mixed results. This was the first time using Butts, and it was fantastic. We had a minor leak, but they arrived exactly on time. Our plumber was Collin, and he was polite and professional. Once he figured out the exact problem, he gave me options on how he could fix it. He worked quickly to solve the issue. I had two plumbing crews come to my house—Collin who did the sump pump replacement and Tim who televised my drain lines. Both gentlemen were EXCELLENT. Tim was equally as good as Collin; he found and identified the issue I was having with my drain lines very quickly, even though his job was like searching for a needle in a haystack.
